Q: How do I open an account?

Go to our Pricing & Plans page and choose the plan that’s right for you. Complete the sign-up form with your business details. If you’re applying for the Free Trade Plan, we’ll verify your Kelvin Timber trade account before approval. Once approved, you can log in and manage your listings from your dashboard.

Q: How do I add a listing?

Log in to your Kelvin Timber Toolbox account. Click “Add Listing” in your dashboard menu. Fill in your business information, upload your logo and work images, and select your trade category and service area. Submit your listing — we’ll manually review it within 24 hours. Once approved, your listing will appear in the directory.

Q: How do I edit my listing?

Log in to your account. Go to My Listings and click Edit. Make your changes and save — updates are reviewed and approved before going live.

Plans & Features

Q: What is a Featured Listing?

A Featured Listing appears at the top of search results and category pages with special highlighting for maximum visibility. Some plans include Featured status automatically. You can also buy a Feature Boost to make your listing featured for a set period.

Q: How long does my plan last?

Free Trade Plan: As long as you remain an active Kelvin Timber trade customer. Paid Plans: Duration depends on your plan (e.g., 30 days, monthly subscription). Boosts: Duration is fixed (e.g., 14 days, 30 days).

Q: Can I upgrade my plan?

Yes — you can upgrade from your dashboard by selecting Change Plan. Any unused time will be applied to the new plan.

Q: Are payments refundable?

No — all payments are non-refundable unless a technical error on our side prevents your listing from appearing as described.

Q: How long does approval take?

We manually review all listings within 24 hours. We may contact you if more information is needed.

Q: What content can I upload?

Only upload your own work and your business logo. No offensive, misleading, or unrelated content. Any proven misuse (e.g., uploading another business’s work) will result in removal and possible banning.

Q: What happens if I break the rules?

Your listing may be suspended or removed without refund. We’ll contact you to explain the issue and, where possible, allow you to correct it.

Free Trade Plan – Kelvin Timber Customers

Q: Who can get the Free Trade Plan?

This plan is exclusively for active Kelvin Timber trade account holders. If you regularly shop with us for your business materials, you’re eligible. If you want to then please apply for a Trade or Cash account or ask in-store-

Q: How long does the Free Trade Plan last?

It’s a lifetime plan — as long as you remain an active Kelvin Timber trade customer. We review all free trade listings every few months to ensure you’re still actively using your trade account. Any proven misuse (e.g., uploading another business’s work) will result in removal and possible banning.

Q: What benefits are included in the Free Trade Plan?

Q: Can I get a Featured Listing on the Free Plan? Featured placement isn’t included in the Free Plan, but you can purchase a Feature Boost at any time from your dashboard.

Q: What happens if I stop shopping at Kelvin Timber?

If your trade account becomes inactive, you’ll have 3 days’ notice to either: Switch to a paid plan to keep your listing active, or Let the listing expire and be removed.

7-Day Featured Trial

Q: What is the 7-Day Featured Trial?

This is a short, low-cost way to try our directory and see the benefits. For 7 days your listing will appear at the top of the directory as a featured listing.

Q: How much does it cost?

The trial is just £2.99 for the full 7-day period.

Q: Can I extend my trial?

No — the trial is fixed at 7 days. After it ends, you can upgrade to a paid plan to stay listed. Customer reviews & ratings Direct contact from customers via email/chat Ability to add FAQs & business hours Appear in relevant trade and location searches

How many listings can I have?

A: As many as you like — there’s no limit for standard listings.

Q: How many can I feature?

A: You can feature up to 3 listings at a time, giving them extra visibility on the directory.

Q.Can I be in more than one category?

A: Yes, each listing can appear in up to 5 categories.

Q: How many photos can I upload?

A: Up to 12 high-quality images per listing.

Q: How do customers contact me?

A: They can use the direct “Contact Listing Owner” form on your listing page.
